Vinyasa Flow
Mondays 5:30 PM & Wednesdays 7 AM
Get energized and join Rachel for her signature class! This all levels flow focuses on moving with the breath. It is moderately paced, with a mixture of seating and standing poses, with options for different levels offered. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, this class has something for everyone!
Restorative Yoga
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm
Come end your day on a relaxing note with this Restorative Yoga class. Postures will be held for longer, with the help of props, to ensure a deep stretch and ultimate relaxation. Let your stress melt away and treat yourself to some self care!


Morning Meditation & Mindful Movement
Tuesdays 7-7:45am
Looking for a new way to start your day? This 45 minute class will focus on guided meditation for half, and gentle movement for the other half. Deepen your meditation practice, and incorporate some simple movement (light stretching and yoga postures) to get your body and mind ready for the day. All are welcome!
Contemporary Dance
